Pearson Orange Preserves are delicious straight from the jar. Each 12oz. Dodecagon (12 sided) jar shines with our perfectly cooked preserves. Made using only the finest all-natural ingredients including: Pearson Ranch freshly squeezed orange juice and premium navel orange peel, pure cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice and pure citrus pectin. Our preserves are handmade in open kettles.

Each Spring we place our bees in the Pearson Ranch groves at the beginning of the orange bloom. Slowly they work their way through the blossoms each day. All through the bloom we watch and wait for the moment the petals begin to fall and our bees job is complete.
