Your satisfaction is guaranteed when ordering products from Pearson Ranch. Your money will be refunded or your order replaced, if you are not satisfied. In the case of our fresh fruit, we are not responsible for an order received in an untimely manner. Our fruit is picked and shipped as soon as it is ordered, so we ask that you make sure someone is available to receive the package during the specified delivery time to insure "right off the tree" freshness. If there is damage to the shipment, please first immediately contact the courier that delivered your package, and then Pearson Ranch.

Shipping
We strive to find and maintain the most inexpensive shipping rates available for your orders, without sacrificing reliability or promptness. We offer UPS ground for any destination in the United States. Your shipping charge is automatically calculated at checkout, based on your ZIP code. You must call us for shipping arrangements if your order exceeds 100 pounds or if you prefer using another service. At times we will substitute Fed-Ex or the U.S. Mail to obtain a better rate or quicker delivery. All services are tracked and can be monitored through their online tracking services. When we ship your order, we will send you your tracking number via e-mail.

Orders are processed by the next business day after your order. Fresh fruit orders are only sent on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, depending on your receiving location. This is to insure you receive your order before the weekend. For example, if your location is in New York, we may have to wait up to 5 days to ship your order. You will receive an estimated delivery day in your order confirmation e-mail, or we can call you to notify you at your request.

If you have special delivery or ordering needs, please call us. We will be more than happy to assist you. We do use California Overnight, Fed-Ex and the United States Postal Service.
